Calibration Services

Burns Automation delivers cost-effective calibration services and preventative maintenance
services for all products sold by us as well as those of Dr. Schleuniger Pharmatron.

We can perform comprehensive calibration routines as well as critical preventative maintenance
procedures on-site or at our facility.

We only use standards that are traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and
Technology) and will provide traceable numbers with each calibration certificate.

Equipment preventative maintenance performed by us meets or exceeds the recommendations of its
respective manufacturers.

All calibration tools Burns Automation uses are constantly checked. Certificates can be
presented before the calibration procedure takes place.

Customers who wish to participate in a program of periodic calibration will be notified several
weeks before the next calibration is due.

Calibration certificates will be issued indicating “As Found” and “As
Left” measurements.

Lost certificates are no longer a problem. We will scan and store all certificates of
calibration for immediate retrieval upon request.
